Tell us something about your business, Rahul!

Our organization is basically focused on lead generation. We mostly work with telemarketing software, and we regularly need to make outbound calls to reach out to our clients.

1. When did your sales journey start with Klozer?

It was probably in December 2021

2. How many agents are currently working at your organization?

Currently, we have 50 active working agents under our campaigns. But yeah, we surely wish to expand our team more in the upcoming year.

3. Which dialer were you using before?

It was a dialer named LiveVox. I purchased it as a friend of mine recommended that I do so. But me and my agents were truly pissed off with the dialer’s sudden issues. Sometimes, it would run smoothly but most of the time, we had to stay in the constant depression of the dialer’s server down issue. But even with its not-so-satisfying performance, we had to pay a large amount of charge to deal with it. It was getting a horrible experience for us day by day.

4. Where did you hear about Klozer?

It was probably during the Christmas season of 2021 when I saw a post of Klozer on LinkedIn. They were probably doing a festive campaign, which instantly caught my interest. Then I kinda researched their website about the services they offer, and my interest eventually started growing up. And since we were going through a lot of tough times with our previous dialer, I couldn’t have decided something even better other than changing my dialer.

5. Can you share some benefits you gained with Klozer?

Yeah, absolutely! Well, Klozer indeed gave us a higher customer satisfaction rate! The dialer’s downtime is also minimal, and I can easily navigate through the settings before I prepare for the cold call. Klozer’s Support team is also commendable since every time I knock them, they are there to assist me!

6. Has our software help your business in any way?

Definitely, I got improved sales because the dialer was pretty smartly designed, and the call quality was high. We even found their recording feature helpful to us as they were stored on cloud storage, so we never had the fear of losing any of our important recordings.  Oh, I forgot to mention their real-time reporting is also very cool and helped us to streamline the outbound calling. 

7. How was the first set-up experience with Klozer?

Well I guess the entire thing went very smoothly as there was no hassle of hardware because Klozer provides complete cloud solutions. Their dialer also didn’t have any complex interface so we learned to operate the software on the very day when it was installed in our computers.

8. When using our dialer solution, did you need any assistance operating it?

However, I didn’t need much support as the dialer itself is very user-friendly. But yes I did go for their support service a couple of times, and they were really helpful and organized.

9. How do you like our support service? 

They absolutely provided me 10 on 10 services every time I sought their assistance.  They probably responded to me within a minute after I sent my query. And that’s what makes Klozer special for me.

10. Would you recommend us to anyone in the future? If so, please share a few words on how you describe our service.

Definitely I would love to recommend Klozer to my near and dear ones. Well, if I have to say something brief about Klozer then it would be their genuinely fast service, their helpful support team, And how seamlessly their dialer  minimizes the idle time of our agents
