2. How many agents are currently working at your organization?

My company currently has 8 agents as we’re just a new startup.

3. Which dialer were you using before?

If I’m not wrong it was from a provider called Five9.

I saw their newsletter and decided to check them out & give them a try!

5. How was the first set-up experience with Klozer?

To be very frank, we found it pretty easy!! We kept asking questions to their software experts but DAMN! They didn’t get annoyed even for a second and handled all our set-up queries very politely!

As a small business owner, I always wanted something which would match my budget yet it would provide me with the best quality. The software has indeed saved a LOT of our time, and now we can call more leads than before!

We are easily getting what we want whenever we want and Klozer ensures to prioritise our needs. I guess as a small business this is the kind of effort we need. And for me, that’s the biggest benefit we’re getting from Klozer!

Not really. In fact I myself operated the entire thing smoothly right after I learned all the necessary settings from their support team.

Definitely, they deserve a round of applause. Met a couple of helpful fellas there!

Yes, Klozer is definitely on my top list, and I’m going to make sure that I recommend it to a couple of my businessmates. What impresses me about Klozer is that their real-time monitoring is extremely effective. That really helped us to improve on what we are currently doing and instantly find out the gaps.
