150 agents, to be precise.

Our previous provider was Nextiva! The only thing for which we had to give them a bye is because their charging policy was driving us insane.

5. How was the first set-up experience with Klozer?

Since I’m not tech-savvy, it initially had me. However, my agents coped with it really well, and we believe this cloud-based solution definitely has something extra-ordinary!!

6. Has our software help your business in any way?

Since my organization is large, we have always wanted communication solutions that would minimize the load of mundane work. Klozer’s dialer solution is doing absolutely the exact thing that we wanted.

7. Can you share some benefits you gained with Klozer?

You know how important call recording, call conferencing, and call transferring features are for a business like mine. May god bless Klozer as their solutions indeed excel at these features that are eventually driving revenues to us. And their digitized real-time monitoring screen has also made the analytical aspects smoother for us.

8. When using our dialer solution, did you need any assistance operating it?

Yes, because we sometimes even fall into trouble. We understand that sometimes providing a solution might take a bit of time. But what impresses me about their support team is their positive attitude towards our question tolls. Loved their service, actually!

9. How do you like our support service? 

They never gave me an opportunity to complain. No doubt they’re providing a solid service!

10. Would you recommend us to anyone in the future? If so, please share a few words on how you describe our service.

Obviously, it’s a yes from my side! Even if we run a large company, we are always hunting for a reasonably priced dialer solution. That would actually make the lives of my agents easier. Luckily, all our requirements aligned with Klozer, and finally, we have the software that is actually improving our customer satisfaction scores just the way we always wanted!
