Hello, Talha here, my organization provides Call Centre services where our top priority is to focus on customer satisfaction. My dedicated theme, equipped with an advanced dialer solution, provides exception of services for inbound and outbound communications.

2. How many agents are currently working at your organization?

7 is the number of agents in our team. However, we’re currently working on developing it to a bigger number as we’re thinking of scaling up our business.
